Controller / Human Resources

Arkansas based aerospace company needs a Controller with a strong cost management background. You will oversee accounting operations, and human resources. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, double entry bookkeeping, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and manufacturing cost management. Maintenance of accurate general ledger in accordance with state/local requirementsLead monthly close, quarterly, and annual financials, including profitability analysisManage taxation mattersAssist with the weekly hourly and bi-weekly salary payroll.Prepare and analyze business plans for product linesAnalyze cost variances, prepare production cost reports, report on labor, headcount, and cost reductionsManage recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputsCommunicate company policies and proceduresManage benefits, including benefit related programs with local businessesLead safety programs, OSHA compliance,Manage Workers’ Compensation claims
