This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.FunctionsDirects the statistical and analytical research of various agency programs by planning and developing operating procedures and review and quality control processes. Plans, organizes, and schedules project and program procedures and develops monitoring and reporting systems to measure project effectiveness. Develops or revises agency policies, procedures, and programs based on research findings. Writes various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports explaining findings of research for various assigned projects. Oversees a small administrative support staff by interviewing, recommending for hire, training and reviewing work. Conducts special studies by researching topic, collecting and compiling statistical data.
