Dock Operator - RF

The RF Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment in a high-volume power tool distribution environment. This role operates a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipped with a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning device to fulfill orders to specification. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate PIT (Joey, Walkie Rider, or similar) to accurately pick and transport inventory using an RF scannerPrint and apply labels to outbound product for shipment validation and trackingStack product on pallets securely and wrap for shipment to prevent damage in transitHandle repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting techniquesFollow established picking routes and meet productivity and accuracy targetsWear required PPE and follow all facility safety standards, including harness use when operating at heightsParticipate in job-specific training, team huddles, and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all company policies and procedures, including attendance, conduct, and quality expectations
