Job Title:Night Billing RepresentativeDepartment:FinanceCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:ArkansasCity:LowellFull/Part Time:Full timeJob Summary:Under close supervision, this position is responsible for a limited variety of administrative duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging amounts owed from accessorial charges, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, monitoring of detention events, and/or preparing invoices and record transactions. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.Job Description:Key Responsibilities: Communication with the internal and external customers to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting and processing transactions into billing systems, answering customer billing questions, and troubleshooting billing issues and inquiries. Understand and implement administrative systems, procedures, policies, and practices. Communicate with people within the organization (answer questions, address and escalate concerns or issues, resolve basic problems, input data etc.). Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance and authorization. Prepare billing information and verify any changes to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close. Understand contract implications and implement invoicing in compliance with customers needs.Must be willing to work the following NIGHT shift: Thursday - Sunday 6:00pm - 5:00amQualifications:Preferred Qualifications:18 years of age with 0-1 year combination of education, experience and training
