Job Duties:
Diagnosing: Identify issues with floor cleaning machines such as scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers through troubleshooting and testing.
Repairing: Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of floor cleaning equipment.
Transportation: Haul a small trailer behind a pickup truck to pick up machines for repair and return them post-maintenance.
Client Interaction: Directly interface with clients to discuss and assess issues with their machines, providing exceptional customer service and advice.
Skills Required:
Technical Proficiency: Ability to use voltage meters and interpret their readings accurately.
Mechanical Skills: Proficient with wrenches, hand tools, and general equipment maintenance.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and fix equipment efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience: Background in fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment is required. Experience with floor cleaning machines is a plus.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
