In-store sales/customer aquisition

We are a window and door company that sells, furnishes and installs. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, and possible sales experience. In Home Depot stores, we need someone to pass out flyers and engage customers to try to acquire leads that will get us into the home for a sale. This is a commision based position, with an hourly rate for the first week to get started.
