Overview:
Pettersen Communities is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Community Manager. Our Community is in need of a Team Member to Live on site in Provided Housing within our 36 lot Mobile Home Community. There is no set schedule, rather, must have the ability to be available as the need and situation arises 7 days a week 24hours a day. As Community Manager, you will have the responsibility for the operational aspects of the Park and will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents. You will be the Main Offices liaison for the Park, coordinating improvements, move in and move outs, meeting vendors, tenant relations, ensuring the Park and Units stay clean and well kept. With the goal of making this community a top choice for residents to live in, you will have the opportunity to generate ideas and plans to improve the Parks performance both financially and operationally.

Additional payment of $10/per lot managed, estimated up to $360/monthly.
