ECC is seeking candidates with construction office experience for an Operations assistant in Little Rock. The Operations Assistant will work on-site on a multi-year very large construction project at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. Seeking local candidates! The position will support the construction office / team with a variety of duties. Prior experience in similar role working for a construction general contractor is highly desired. This is a full time position with benefits. In this position you will:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including government submittals, daily reports, safety and quality reports, personnel lists and contact information, site photographs, meeting minutes, etc.
Tracking and submitting base passes
Maintaining entry access lists
Tracking training for employees and subcontractors
Tracking man hours for employees and subcontractors
Assist with travel arrangements and other accommodations as needed
General office and administrative duties
Upload and maintain documents on the Project Portal
Assist with proposal efforts and technical editing of documents if needed
Ensure timely receipt of project materials and supplies in the field office
Assist in preparation of invoices to the client as necessary
Assist with government property administration at the sites
In addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position
Requirements:
This position requires the following:
Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats
Competent in using Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows
Ability to create and maintain reports, enter and manipulate data accurately
One-year experience providing general administrative support in an office or at a construction project site
Must be able to obtain and maintain a base pass
Education: Associate’s or higher degree in a business discipline or additional equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
