About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Conway, AR. This role involves supporting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Assist in tenant screening, leasing, and move-in/move-out processes
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance issues
Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements
Maintain accurate property records and financial reports
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
Assist with marketing and advertising vacancies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and local rental regulations
Experience with Rental Programs a plus
