Looking for an EXPERIENCED handyman to service my family’s portfolio of rental properties and strip malls. Must have before and after pictures of work and references. Perfect for a retiree or a tradesman looking to make extra income.
Paid weekly as a 1099. We schedule 5-20 hours per week, with 5 hour minimum for being on call. We give bonuses to timely completion of punchlist and make-ready work. Must have your own tools and transportation. Must be available weekends.

There is an opportunity for more work in the spring. As we buy and rent more houses, we will have more needs…so the opportunity to partner and manage a team will be discussed with the right person.
If you already work with a crew of guys, we may be open to bringing them on as work picks up in the spring.
