We need a full time maintenance technician/painter for nice apartments and homes in Bryant and Central Arkansas – must be a hardworking, motivated person with at least 5 years of experience in general property maintenance and painting. HVAC experience desired but nor required. Must pass drug test. Random drug testing. Great salary and benefits.
