The Role

Maintains warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized

Tracks and maintains inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized

Places orders and manages intake of deliveries, stocking shelves

Issues/returns equipment to Technician’s on a daily and weekly basis

Completes a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels

Participates in company vehicle management: cleans and details vehicles, delivers vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop

Assigns uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

1+ years in broadband, telecommunications, warehouse or related experience preferred

Ability to operate both a box truck and forklift

Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule

Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred

Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Ability to work independently

Strong desire to grow and develop team members

Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time

Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools

Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs

Valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL license a plus
