Execute day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents, ensuring meticulous accuracy and completeness.

Assist in crafting financial statements, conducting budget forecasts, and performing variance analyses.

Maintain precise records of financial transactions, adhering rigorously to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and bolster decision-making processes.

Facilitate the annual audit process by preparing schedules, furnishing documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a non-profit environment.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and Formulas.

Exceptional analytical skills with an unyielding commitment to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Dedication to upholding ethical standards and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Drive process efficiencies within the accounting department, contributing to continual improvement initiatives.

Stay current with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements
