Description/Job SummaryWhat you'll be doing:As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and amplifying content across social media channels helping to grow our audiences. Most likely, you are someone who geeks out over TikTok trends, new technologies or apps, growing a following, and overall have an appreciation for valuable and engaging content. Work closely with physician team to create, edit, and produce engaging and educational content across multiple social platforms as well as our blog
Know how to strategize and manage content calendar across multiple social platforms
Has a good grasp of the nuances of content marketing within healthcare
Copywrite blurbs to accompany blog and social posts
Shoot and edit video footage
Design graphics for external and internal content
Brainstorm, create, and produce innovative social content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and potentially new business or partners
Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Channel strategy and evaluation of new potential channels
Qualifications:
3+ minimum years of social media management or content creation experience (firm)
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and major social media platforms
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
What you'll bring to the table:

Technical skillset (video, audio, editing, photography)
