This team is focused on reshaping the way we work as a finance team for reporting, planning & analytics for JNJ Finance function. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and strategic enterprise initiative for the corporation. In addition, this role will provide the individual the opportunity to help shape global process transformation and efficiency within Enterprise FP&A.This role can be located anywhere in the US, but presence in New Brunswick, NJ will be required on an ad hoc basis. The role may require up to 25% domestic travel, based on employee’s home location.Responsibilities:

Design and maintain the data model for enterprise EPM technology solution architecture for Supply Chain financial workstreams.

Partner closely across the SigniFi workstreams to drive coordinated solution designs and ensure end-to-end design objectives are met.

Partner with business & IT teams to document/define and develop user stories to improve completeness, latency & accuracy for the data product quality.

Drive continuous improvement in Enterprise EPM/planning technology in support of the overall finance technology strategy.

Govern the SigniFi Common Information Model (CIM) design across the Finance Data Hub Platform for Supply Chain finance workstreams.

Document & support change requests of product enhancements, working closely with the IT team.

Ensure that data solutions are sustainable and can be maintained once transitioned to run state.

Qualifications

A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required, Major in Finance or IT preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis/data modeling.

In-depth understanding of financial processes and experience in FP&A is a significant advantage.

Expertise in SQL and relational database management.

Strong proficiency in technical systems relevant to financial data analysis, such as Tableau, Alteryx, SAP ERP (finance), and Data Warehouse technologies.

A passion for continuous improvement and leveraging automation to optimize data delivery.

Experience documenting best practices and fostering strong data governance within a team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong project management skills and experience leading data-driven implementations.

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
