Job DescriptionThis role is for an experienced Senior Project Manager within Oracle’s Order to Cash (O2C) organization. This key role is part of the Global Process Owner (GPO) team. The GPO team provides strategic direction, project leadership and process design for O2C and cross-org business functions in a dynamic, fast-paced and frequently changing environment.The primary responsibilities of this role are global project management and process support of O2C functions at Oracle. This highly skilled and self-directed candidate will apply international business experience while leading and managing projects in compliance with statutory regulations, as well as Oracle policies. Solutions are developed in partnership with internal and external resources working across multiple platforms and strategies. The Project Manager has end-to-end ownership from concept through delivery. The candidate will take projects from the planning and discovery phases, through post go-live stabilization and process improvement. They must provide strong cross-functional leadership as they collaborate across functions within Finance, Tax, IT, GPOs, and others as needed. This person must communicate effectively across all business levels including individual contributors through executive management.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesKey Project Management Responsibilities:

End-to-End ownership of project from concept through delivery

Define and document process and technical requirements

Track milestones/deliverables and drive projects to completion by targeted deadlines

Submit regular status updates, recommendations and escalations to management

Develop test scripts, manage user acceptance testing and sign-off documentation

Create all project documentation, flows, presentations, training guides and reporting

Proactively manage post-production activities

Effectively utilize knowledge of existing system setups/processes

Anticipate problems and obstacles before they arise and create a mitigation / contingency plan

Successful candidate will have 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and project management experience:

Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment

Works well independently with a high degree of self-direction and initiative

Able to grasp complex concepts quickly

Ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization

Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work with a fluid, solution-as-you-go project team

Strong planning, organization and task management skills

Skilled in proactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues/concerns

Demonstrated skill working with cross-functional and technical teams

Effective in building relationships with technical and business partners

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including presentations

Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Firm grasp of Accounting principles – General ledger, revenue recognition and debits and credits

Ability to create policy and procedure documentation

Experience with Oracle Global Enterprise Cloud ERP, specifically Accounts Receivables, Dispute Management, Advanced Collections, and Credit Management modules

Advanced Excel skills

Strong MS Office skills

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
