The sales enablement team provides the sales team with the tools, processes, and content to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales, marketing, product, and IT teams, the sales enablement project manager will lead implementation and operation of sales enablement tools, develop sales content, and train the sales team on effective use of those tools and content. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. Work with sales and enablement leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program
Own project management of key sales enablement initiatives
Manage the use of sales enablement systems
Document requirements and define workflows
Build a trusted relationship with the sales team
Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
Manage internal knowledge base
Report to management on project status and sales tool analytics
Conduct ongoing needs assessments and gather feedback on current program stack to inform planning
Desired Experience and Skills
2+ years of experience as a project manager
PMP certification (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Positive and proactive team player
Establishing metrics and tracking the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of other departments
Experience with developing content for variety of purposes, including project communication, process documentation, and informational/sales content
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience (or interest) in sales and marketing
Experience with sales enablement tools like HighSpot, Seismic, and ShowPad (preferred)
Familiarity with instructional design (preferred)

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
