MANAGER COLLEAGUE PERFORMANCE & TRAININGWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?This position will be responsible for developing and managing all programs and efforts to ensure a consistent and sustainable colleague experience within the Mortgage Banking (MB) Division, to minimize colleague turnover and maximize the experience of our clients. All responsibilities are aligned with creating exceptional work environments designed to support the growth, development and long-term success of our colleagues. The role has broad responsibilities, starting with the continuing development and execution of our colleague onboarding program. A disciplined new colleague experience is essential to help consistently integrate new colleagues into our culture, understand our credit philosophy, and leverage our sales tools in support of their ramp up period. The role will also lead the development and implementation of sales training activities for all MB colleagues. This includes the Identification and removal of barriers to sales and the creation of customized training programs to help colleagues deepen new and existing client relationships. Training activities include collaborating with colleagues to assess and identify training needs/gaps, developing and delivering internal product and sales training curriculums and ensuring that training programs adhere to established project goals, department standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities also include the development, implementation, and training for the USMB Division. This person will coordinate skills, knowledge, process and systems training to ensure that employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed in their roles.What you will do

Will be responsible for determining and developing Colleague Training and will be responsible for all aspects of colleague Development

Will help, create, plan and run training programs for MB for Colleague Onboarding experience

Will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs in alignment with the needs of Mortgage Banking, and overall corporate direction. Ensures that training programs adhere to established project goals, department standards and legal requirements.

Supports development of MB policies and procedures and converts them in training materials for the division.

Coordinates Mortgage Banking -related training projects including the development and oversight of project plans, implementation plans and on-going maintenance plans.

Manage the overall Colleague Banking offering and experience

Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded.

Must-Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of experience developing training materials and delivering training

Minimum 7 years of project management experience

Minimum 7 years of MS Office experience

Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must be familiar with creating and implementing and facilitating development training programs.

Experience developing and delivering sales training and mentoring tools.

Strong knowledge of sales and productivity program development.

Strong preference for in-depth knowledge of Mortgage Banking services to clients and institutions. Additionally, has exposure/experience in working with front office colleagues (revenue producers) and other key personnel (management, research and operations) in a training capacity.

Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, implement and communicate against sales and marketing plans and campaigns.

Must be capable of establishing professional expertise through integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank colleagues, clients, and outside contacts; communicates effectively and skillfully in both oral and written form. Strong personal computer skills including standard curriculum development formats.

Possesses sound skills in needs assessment, objective setting, media use and training strategy. Has strong presentation skills using vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and enunciation, pace, tone and volume consistent with audience and content.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.

CompensationStarting base salary: $141,830.00 - $263,408.00 annually.
