Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Medical Assistant to work at a facility in Littlerock, Washington. These are registry positions with our company.40hrs Travel Package Weekly Gross Pay = $800 Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $20 Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $602 (Hotel-427 Meals-175) Total Weekly ($602 is not taxed)= $1402 Feels like per hour = $35.05 $1402 div 40 hours = $35.05Shifts Available:
Mon - Fri
Job Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history
Update and maintain all client records
Assist nurse in maintaining medical inventory
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year (12 months) previous working experience as a Medical Assistant
Must have up to date certification in the state of Washington
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
