IT Technician for our client in Little Rock, AR Job Title: IT Technician Job Location: Little Rock, AR Job Type: Contract Job Description:- The candidate is responsible for the installation, diagnosis, and repair of Sierra modems and Watchguard cameras on the Client's vehicles.
- The chosen candidate will utilize various diagnostic equipment, software, and technical publications/information to determine the root cause of issues and repair solutions.
- The chosen candidate will need to be knowledgeable of Windows-based systems and troubleshooting.
- This position will work in the Client Mobile Unit Workshop which is furnished with all the necessary tools and equipment needed to perform the required tasks.
- The chosen candidate will be expected to perform with the highest degree of professional competence, as it relates to the quality of work, product knowledge, and customer service.
