Job Title:Director of Business Transformation, Strategic Initiatives and AnalyticsRole Overview:The Director of Business Transformation plays a vital role in implementing the transformation strategy for O2C and ensuring its overall success. This position will be part of the Finance team and will report to the Vice President of O2C and Business transformation. This position will work in close collaboration with the O2C team leadership as well as other key finance leadership. This position will collaborate with teams across the business especially Enterprise technology to drive strategic initiatives and lead the transformational efforts within the organization.About the Role:

Manage transformation initiatives aimed at standardizing, optimizing, stabilizing, and scaling the Order to Cash function.

Drive transformative initiatives within the finance area, collaborating closely with the VP of Business Transformation and CFO to prioritize critical objectives.

Identify and execute strategic initiatives for the Order to Cash organization, focusing on process improvements and standardization efforts.

Develop and implement Global standard KPIs and dashboards for the Order to Cash organization in alignment with leadership objectives.

Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and HR departments to ensure alignment in business case development and effective program management of key initiatives.

Strong analytical and presentation skills for data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication abilities

Demonstrated executive presence with the capacity to collaborate efficiently across diverse teams.

Proficient project management skills to lead initiatives from conception to implementation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $325,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs.
