Provide end user support, in field coaching, training and project management support of work management processes, tools and systems.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide training and in field coaching support for consistent and accurate utilization of work management systems.

Support assessment, development and implementation of processes and solutions that affect work management systems Click and Maximo.

Support and deliver solutions to immediate Production Support needs.

Build upon existing or establish new relationships and key partnerships within Power Delivery. Educate client base on Work Management services.

Collaborate with IT Service Delivery to support resolution of productions issues, resolution of system defect and enhancements and provide support for requirements gathering.

Provide ongoing support for all work management processes to include end user and production support, change management and training.

Must be able to deliver Click and Maximo training to all audience levels.

Must be able to build and maintain Click and Maximo training materials.

Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a highly visible and rapidly changing work environment.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of work management systems (Click and Maximo).

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel.

Experience in field operations in Distribution or Transmission is desired.
