We are looking to hire qualified and insured crews for our upcoming 150 new home project in Cherokee Village, AK.
Homes sizes 1000-1300 SF
Framing shall be SIP’s i.e. Structural Insulated Panels, exterior walls shall be 6” / roofs 8” thick, rest shall be stick framed.
All Subcontractors must be insured and state licensed as required including, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
Will consider subcontractors who qualify under Arkansas license law to bid on our new subdivision.
