Ensure a safe working environment within the facility, adhering to company safety policies and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets, including daily productivity analysis.

Manage the complete profit and loss (P&L) of the service center or assigned distribution center, regularly analyzing cost performance against budget, and spearheading improvement projects.

Support the Director of Operations in developing budgets and forecasts as needed.

Develop and execute capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within approved budgets and timelines.

Ensure compliance with internal and external safety regulations, employee engagement initiatives, food safety standards, local and federal HR policies, and company policies.

Oversee all functions within the facility, including Safety, HR/Payroll, Quality, Production, Financials, and other necessary operations.

Manage daily shipping, receiving, and associated data entry tasks.

Ensure product quality and adherence to food safety policies established by the organization.
