Our work depends on Program Analyst Associate joining our team to Create Web interface's modernizing the agency.HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Drafting reports, summarizing meeting minutes and system diagrams for the project, including but limited to: Detailed Design Specifications, Solution Architecture Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Release Notes

Maintaining technical documentation

Work with Project Manager to capture and document business requirements

Assist PM with developing reports and documents for customer

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills:

Experience capturing and documenting key data points

Strong Writing Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Note Taking, Organizational Skills, Meeting Scheduling

Good understanding of SharePoint Libraries and Lists

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel

Must be able to pick up on new technologies and terminology quickly

● Security Clearance Level: Public Trust● Preferred Skills:

Experience using Jira or similar software.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
