HSM Logistics and Services is looking for professional drivers. We are a private fleet for HSM Solutions, better known as Hickory Springs Manufacturing, based in Hickory, NC and Fort Smith, AR. Hickory Springs is a family owned company that has been doing business for 75+ years. We operate in the Eastern half of the U.S., hauling mostly foam, plastic, wire and metal components for our plants and their customers.

Consistent Work:
HSM is a well-diversified manufacturing company with consistent volume and our fleet provides dedicated services to a few outside customers, so we have no problem keeping our drivers busy.

Competitive Pay:
HSM drivers can expect $1500 - $1800 per week gross pay on average. Many HSM drivers will make $94k plus this year. Other pay benefits include:
o Drivers paid by the hub mile for all miles driven
o Stop, detention, break down pay
o $2500 sign on bonus your first year, $2500 - $5000 safety and service award every year after (amount based on safe driving and seniority)
o Million-mile awards and referral bonus of $2500
o Yearly pay increases
Home Time:
We mostly run an out and back operation and can get drivers home once or twice a week and every weekend. Other home time perks:
o 13 paid time off days per year available after your first 60 days of employment
o Nine paid holidays per year
o At least one full 48-hour weekend a month, available upon request with reasonable notice
