Description: This position will provide HR Business Partner (HRBP) support Lockheed Martin employees at Ebbing Air National Guard Base as well as a geographically dispersed client group consisting of managers, exempt professionals and non-exempt employees involved in military aircraft sustainment. You will contribute to accomplishing program deliverables while ensuring that larger HR initiatives are communicated and completed in a timely manner. For your assigned teams, you will be the single point of contact for all Human Resources needs, to include but not limited to positive employee relations and engagement, new hire on-boarding and orientation,as well as developing and maintaining a strong team oriented culture.This position is responsible for providing effective guidance to leadership regarding the administration of staffing and compensation plans; coordinating with Staffing and Comp & Benefits POCs to ensure proper administration of benefits and allowances and changes to payroll data and employee information. HR Business Partner/Generalist experience. Demonstrated ability to provide effective virtual support to a dispersed workforce. Experience interacting with employees at all levels of the organization and leadership. Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations, including gathering and analyzing data, and validating conclusions. Experience using all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and influencing skills.Desired Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor, adept at thriving in dynamic business environments. Demonstrated adaptability and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Previous experience in military sales or related government contracting fields, with a strong preference for aerospace or defense industries. Familiarity or experience working under the Service Contract Act (SCA).Demonstrated ability to establish effective cross-functional and cross-site relationships. PHR or SPHR certification. Experience delivering effective presentations and facilitating discussions.
