Pinnacle Energy Services is an engineering and energy consulting firm based in Fayetteville, AR with an immediate opening for a position featuring a good balance between work in a professional office and hands-on field work. The successful candidate will be fully trained and certified in the performance of energy audits within the residential division of a professional engineering firm that offers a high potential for job training and internal advancement.
The position includes a fairly even mix of time between performing computer-based energy modeling in a professional office setting and field-testing work on residential homes using testing instrumentation and equipment. Individual will additionally have very strong opportunities to learn building system design such as HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing systems using CAD software.
Residential construction experience is helpful as well as blueprint reading skills. The position requires the successful candidate to perform light computer-assisted drafting work and to load/unload, set-up and operate field testing equipment.
Pay and benefits are based on experience and proficiency.
Must possess valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of current automobile insurance. Applicant must provide own transportation to job sites throughout northwest AR that includes load/unload, transport and set-up of relatively large and heavy testing equipment. Must be able to lift 40 lbf.
