About Us: EcoView Windows is a leading provider of top-quality replacement windows and doors. We are Growing and Expanding to NW Arkansas. Our products are beautiful, durable, and energy-efficient, designed to enhance homes while saving our customers money in the long term1. As we expand our operations to Northwest Arkansas, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Window Installation Manager and Window Installer.
Responsibilities:
Installation Management and install windows
Measure windows for production
Oversee the installation process for replacement windows and doors.
Coordinate with local contractors to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to installations.
Resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct post-installation inspections to verify work quality.
Implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in window and door installation.
Must have own truck, tools, and trailer
Previous management experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Certifications and Insurance
Must have insurance
Factory-trained and product certified preferred.
Driver’s License:
Valid driver’s license required.
