How You Can Help Us

As our HVAC Trade Manager, you will exercise extreme ownership for the entire HVAC Department in Colorado Springs, CO location. This includes the HVAC Maintenance Team, the HVAC Installation Team, and our HVAC Service and Senior Technicians. You will invest heavily in your team and be responsible for their personal and professional development, the quality of service we provide our customers, and the stewardship of the department's efforts such that you maximize Gross Profit.

What You'll Do

Leadership / Extreme Ownership / Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support for the HVAC Departments managers, technicians, and dispatchers

Invest in the personal and professional development of all HVAC team members

Maintain a high level of HVAC KPI data integrity, analyzed daily to help direct your department's efforts in support of our quarterly goals and company mission

Hire, train, and maintain accountability for all personnel within the HVAC Department

Provide radically candid constructive feedback to any individual within the organization from our newest hire through the President

Facilitate cross-disciplined relationships to enhance the team’s overall performance with the sister trades, the Assets Department, and the People Department

Assist customers with persistent HVAC related concerns, as needed

Experience You’ll Need

Leadership experience, with proven professional application

Strong organizational skills, people skills, management abilities, decision making skills and strategic planning skills

Must have excellent analytical skills and possess a strong attention to detail

Exceptional clerical and organizational skills

Computer competency including Office 365, and the ability to learn new software swiftly

Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to provide feedback in a professional manner

Ability to work effectively with the pressures of a dynamic schedule, and possible concurrent deadlines, while still producing high quality results

Ability to adapt and demonstrate resilience in a variety of situations

Ability to identify and resolve issues, establish priorities, and lead your team to achieve desired objectives

Residential HVAC experience is preferred but not required

Ability to pass background check and state illegal drug screening

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
