NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED E FAY JONES HOUSE SEEKS GROUNDS KEEPER OR PROPERTY MANAGER. Property consists of 5 acres of lawns, gras maze, garden beds and 5 acres of native woodlands.
Year-round position with flexible hours, weekly pay period, holiday pay and opportunity for advancement.
PRIMARY TASKS: General garden and woodland maintenance, plant and tree nutrition and health.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS BUT NOT NECESSARYS: Chain saw experience, basic painting skills, some hardscape build/install experience, basic small engine familiarity.
KEY COMPETENCIES: Organizational & time management skills, motivated self-starter, able to work independently or with a crew, physical fitness, horticulture &/or landscaping knowledge, takes direction well.
REQUIREMENTS: 18 years or older, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, phone/communication skills, references required.
