As an experienced journeyman finish/trim carpenter with an emphasis on luxury styles with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support high-end commercial and luxury office spaces in the Bentonville, AR area.

Responsibilities
-Cut and install paint and stain grade woodwork.
-Install baseboards, crown molding, door casings and other wood trim.
-Install finish millwork and casework packages.
-Create and reference blueprints throughout a project
-Install fixtures such as cabinets, windows and furniture systems
-Use equipment such as table saw, miter saw, jointers, etc.
-Use machinery, such as boom lifts, to perform duties
-Cut and shape various materials
-Follow written and oral instruction given from the supervisor.
-Have the ability to work from heights of 10-40+ ft. with no issues while harnessed in.
-Display strong math skills for measuring, cutting, and installing materials with little to no errors.
Qualifications
-6+ years of commercial or high end custom home finish carpentry experience
-Must have all basic hand tools and cordless impact
-All PPE and their own transportation to get to and from work is a Must!
-Work well as a team or independently, as needed.
-Be reliable and committed to finishing each project until the end with minimal or no absences.
-Demonstrate good communication skills with employer and supervisor.
-Have a positive and results driven attitude to work quickly and efficiently.
-Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)
-Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
