Who we are: We’re Ozark Senior Benefit Services. Led by an experienced sales agent who has earned multiple sales trips and trained high-level sales agents. Our job is to help seniors navigate the complex worlds of life insurance and Medicare.
JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Licensed Sales Producer - (Leads provided at no cost)
BASE: $30,000 at 35 hours weekly
TOTAL PAY: $60,000-$90,000 Plus additional bonuses and incentives
HOURS: M-F 9A-5P with an hour lunch
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound and inbound sales calls
Drafting emails and text messages
Cross-selling current customers
Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Professional development and training
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably 1 year of sales experience
A proficient understanding of technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven and highly motivated
Coachable and ethical
BONUS POINTS:
Life and Health License
Prior Insurance experience
Prior sales experience (extra bonus if you have experience selling via the phone)

MORE INFO: We are a small, local business, looking to grow. We are very easy-going and don’t micromanage our employees. We want to find a good fit that is likable, capable, and highly motivated. We believe in incentivizing hard work and sales success, so you’ll be well compensated!
Minimal customer service. You’ll have access to an assistant who will handle most back-end follow-up, inbound service calls, and paperwork. This is huge, as it allow you to focus on sales!
Leads will be provided at no cost to you. You’ll receive a surplus of fresh leads every week. Scripts will be provided. We’ll pay for you to get licensed. NO COST TO YOU for anything; we just want to get you going with selling as soon as we can.
Guidance and coaching will be provided, as well; you’ll receive hands-on training from a top producer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year PLUS annual raises & lots of bonus opportunities
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Paid to be off all Federal holidays
Extra days off for Thanksgiving & Christmas

Local office in downtown Prairie Grove
