Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced canvasser to join our sales and marketing team in the Northwest Arkansas area. In this position, you will play a vital role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for one representative. This position offers a competitive base salary along with a generous commission structure Additionally, this role presents a valuable mentorship opportunity with growth into an In-home sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Speak to Homeowners in designated neighborhoods where we have appointments and sales, to schedule appointments for your mentor
- Engage with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating the benefits of our window replacement services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with our sales representatives to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
- Embrace the mentorship aspect of the role, seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
