We are seeking a skilled Lead Cable Technician to join our team! This role requires expertise in structured cabling, network infrastructure, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in low-voltage cabling installation.
Responsibilities:
Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling
Troubleshoot and repair network and cabling issues
Lead and train a team of technicians on-site
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in structured cabling/network infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic installations
Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
Familiarity with industry tools and testing equipment
OSHA certification (preferred)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
