Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, assist with marketing efforts, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

Prepare marketing letters, including drafting, formatting, and assembling materials for mailings.

Fold letters, insert additional materials or cards as needed, and ensure all components are properly organized.

Label, stamp, and seal envelopes for distribution.

Mailing Coordination:

Manage the timely mailing of letters, postcards, and other promotional materials.

Drop off prepared mailings at the post office and ensure proper handling of postage requirements.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence as needed.

Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Reliable transportation for post office runs and related tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a real estate office or administrative role is a plus, but not required.

Basic knowledge of marketing and direct mail campaigns.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in an office setting with occasional travel to the post office. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will support various aspects of the real estate business.
