Property Preservation Contractor Needed to Maintain Bank Owned Homes
Looking for experienced and dependable Property Preservation Vendors. Currently looking to on board individuals and/or 2-3 man crews.
Payed by what you do, Pay in 14-21 days after Job completed
Contract services include but not limited to;
Lock changes
Estimates
Initial secures
Roof Repairs
Debris removal
Large Trashouts
Landscaping
Janitorial Services
Maid Services
Minor maintenance and repair
Window boarding
Winterizations, and routine services.
P&P and REO Work Orders
General Requirements
- 1M General Liability Insurance Policy - Workers Comp ( will work with you on this )
- Reliable Transportation
- Aspen Grove ID Number (ABC# needed)- Will help obtain one for you if needed $65.
- Travel over 100% of the time, traveling between homes within local region
- Required tools, equipment, and supplies will be verified.
- Smartphone with data plan
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of property preservation experience.
Be able to troubleshoot, repair and perform assigned property preservation work orders.
Ability to work independently to deliver results under strict deadlines.
Excellent customer service, flexibility and communication skills!
MUST have the ability to place industry standard bids.
