AAA CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
Our company needs experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team.
We are looking for individuals that are skilled in HVAC service and installations for residential systems.
These individuals will be working and responsible for completing daily routes and following specific protocol at all job sites.
We are responsible for maintaining single-family properties servicing, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
Candidates will need to have a flexible attitude towards daily changes and updates.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety HVAC maintenance, repair and installation tasks
Complete daily routes and follow specific protocols at all job sites
Install, repair and maintain all aspects of properties
Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues related to HVAC
Communicate effectively with clients, management and team members
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and installations for residential systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work six days a week and flexibility towards daily changes and updates
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
