Job Description:
We’re searching for dedicated, dependable folks who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done. Being on time is non-negotiable. Our Crew Supervisors set the standard for the rest of the team. This is a leadership role for someone who is always early, leads by example, and keeps a level head under pressure. We prefer the candidates have lawn care experience of 3+ years for this role. You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs running smoothly, managing a small crew, and maintaining top-quality work.
We’re also considering applications for crew members with some lawn care experience.

Supervisor Core Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew of 1-3 team members.
Managing the work schedule of the team.
Train new hires and ensure high-quality service.
Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and site cleanup.
Conduct the labor themselves as needed.
Maintain professional customer interactions and address their needs.
Help promote company services to potential clients.
Crew Responsibilities:
The same as above, minus the responsibility of managing crews.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $18-25/hour base hourly wage + profit-sharing + performance bonuses.
Opportunities for leadership growth within the company.
Schedule:
30-40 hours per week.
Some weekend work may be required.
