The Pat Walker Health Center at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville campus is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our fabulous team. The Pat Walker Health Center is an ambulatory care clinic and provides a wide range of medical care and services for students, faculty and staff.
Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday; evening until 7:00pm & Saturday coverage as needed.
The successful candidate must be certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (M.L.T.) or a Medical Technologist (M.T.). and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing, analyzing, and interpreting clinical laboratory tests. This position will work collaboratively with medical, nursing, fellow lab employees, x-ray and administrative/support staff.
