Outside Groundskeeper 1st shift De Queen, ArkansasJob Description:
Groundskeeper full time flexible hours 6 am to 3 pm Saturday 6am to 12pm.
Maintains outside grounds of the Plant and office in a safe manner.
Keeps area and buildings neat, clean and orderly according to schedule and area assigned.
Responsible for additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Must maintain a good attendance record with 2 points or less.
Must be able to work safely.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Have good communication skills.
Be willing to follow orders.
Must be self motivated.
Must have good leadership skills and be able to deal with all types of work situations.
Must be willing to work long hours and over-time where deemed necessary.
Must be able to work under demanding work conditions.
