We will select the best candidate and possibly move existing Supervisors as necessary to build our best team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a maintenance team that builds on our safety culture, grows our predictive and preventive maintenance systems, helps manage continuous improvement project s, and diligently works on team development. High school diploma or GED
One year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Two years of steel manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Four or more years of leadership experience
Construction / equipment upgrade experience
Geographical mobility and desire to promote
Associate or Bachelors in engineering discipline
