Role: Product Manager Location: Bentonville, AR (will consider Remote) Duration: 3 month contract to hire
Client in the Northwest Arkansas area is looking to bring on an experienced product manager who will help support a highly visible project from a product standpoint. Looking for someone that can unlock a brand new Scrum Team. Will be a mixture of managing an existing backlog and ramping up their own backlog if needed for a new Team. Need flexibility and someone that can contribute right away. Requirements:- 4+ years of product experience
- can gather requirements, write user stories, and managing backlogs
- Jira
- Experience working around UI/UX folks in past projects
- Has worked with cross functional teams
- Product in retail or product in automotive is preferred
- CSPO certification preferred
- Writes user stories
- Run a backlog
- Gather requirements and translate those into tangible user stories the Engineers can work from
- Agile focused
- Getting heavy into process mapping for some of the operational processes that they are building technology around
