If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Specialist Legal position at Walmart!As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling complex reporting needs by receiving reporting requests and analyzing report requests. You will need to ensure that reports are consistent and accurate, identify the best processes and data sources, and validate data by reading verifying results. You will be required to demonstrate a growing knowledge of legal processes and best practices by learning the life cycle of the legal process and identify issues.You'll make an impact by

Supporting management of legal matters by identifying needed information and determining relevant facts to support legal matters.

Determining internal sources for document and information retrieval.

Researching and retrieving documentation and information.

Collecting and reviewing documents to determine suitability of information for production and document confidentiality.

Collaborating with paralegals, in-house counsel, clients, and requesting parties.

Ensuring legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations and distributing document retention notices.

Sharing findings with key stakeholders and understanding and applying Walmart legal tracker and processes.

You have previous experience in the legal industry.

You have experience with data management systems.

You are proficient in MS Outlook and researching.

You are team-oriented and are adaptable to change.

You have strong communication skills.
