Position SummaryWhat you'll doWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our International Store & Club Operations team. You will build products to enhance the experience for our store associates. You'll use the latest tools to facilitate teams and their work to develop experiences changing the way we serve associates and customers. You'll le ad a team delivering associate-centric solutions that are leveraged or build from multiple countries to associates spre ad out through the globe. You will help steer direction in the different markets to solve multiple business processes through tools, process improvements, or data insights.About Team:Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Can ad a, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few.What you'll do:

Develop and enhance products - you will manage product ro ad maps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer and data insights into actionable initiatives, collaborate on the rollout strategy, manage risks, work on leveraging technology from other countries, and help build training documentation to the markets.

Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, collaborate on business cases, perform extensive market research, discover emerging technologies, and approving objectives

Build collaborative relationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, prioritizing product ro ad maps, and gaining support from executive le ad ership working with market le ad ers and cross functional teams including operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and data science.

Provide overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs

Build a decision framework through data by collecting and interpreting data to help drive the best course of action for your products.

Develop and mentor other product owners - you will work with your team to bring your expertise and experience to help others grow into their roles
