Position SummaryWhat you'll doThis role is based in the brand new Walmart HQ campus in Bentonville, A RJoin Walmart's eCommerce organization on the Site Content S trategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart's digital customers . This newly created position is charged with measuring and improving the customer shopping journey on Walmart.com . This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of starting from scratch , building within white space , establishing data infrastructure , connecting data to customer interactions, and working across multiple stakeholder teams to deliver a delightful shopping experience for Walmart.com customers.An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Lead d evelop ment of a new suite of metrics and reporting to measure customer pathways in partnership with insights and analytics partners
Develop me chanisms to detect customer defects and drop offs and measure impact
I dentify defect owner and drive for solution implementation via influence
Partner with stakeholder teams to identify customer experience enhancements to drive KPI improvements
Communicate key business issues and opportunities to senior leadership clearly and with influence to remove roadblocks and champion change
Adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices
Key Competencies: critical-thinking skills, analytical fluency / strong data acumen , customer-centricity, demonstrated ability to improve digital shopping experiencesEntry RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
5 -7 years related experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics , or eCommerce.
