As a key member of our Business Analytics and Insights team, you will drive data-driven decision making and business growth by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
4 years' experience in data analytics, project management
Experience with Data Dashboards and Data Presentation
Customer Service Focus
2+ years SQL
Preferred Qualifications :
2+ years of Tableau Desktop experience
2+ years of Power BI Desktop
Job Duties :
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, and demonstrating adaptability.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company mission by implementing action plans and providing guidance.
Provides customer service and reporting by providing reports, preparing information, supporting key business processes, and resolving issues.
Provides market insights based on research and business knowledge by communicating data insights and proposing improvements.
Manages processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Manages customer requests and needs by utilizing analytical tools and analyzing data.
Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data.
Provides data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs and collaborating with internal and external partners.
