Cocktail Server

Reports To: Cocktail Terrace Manager, Food & Beverage DirectorProfile: The Cocktail Terrace Bartender provides timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for each guest.Responsibilities & Duties:Follows all steps of service.Provides superior service behind the bar by preparing drinks according to recipe standards.Knows drink names, ingredients, method of preparation, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.Knows all menu descriptions for food and beverage menu.Ensures all stock is up to par.Provides prompt, accurate report of all income receives during shift.Sells beverages responsibly with customer's best interest in mind.Completes daily inventory and informs servers, managers, and bar backs of any changes.Maintain smooth flow of service.Completes all sidework as outlined in manual.Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift.Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with coworkers and guests.Maintains a clean, orderly appearance of the bar area.Assists with and executes any and all tasks as assigned by supervisor.
