Role: BE Java Engineer Contract: 6+ months Location: Bentonville, AR Remote for first few months. Need to be open to relocating One of the initial objectives is to build the rail app onto the platform. Building the platform (BEs build services, FE builds the UI in collaboration with the UX Team. Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Java
- Springboot
- Microservices Design
- Azure Cosmos (any NoSQL is fine but REALLY prefer Cosmos)
- Middleware experience Azure Paas, Cosmos (10-12 major modules being built, maybe 2-3 in the process now)
- Scalability, Resiliency, is really important, etc.
- Made some changes to the QE teams where they have full ownership of apps/services E2E
- DevOps Jenkins / Git
