This Desktop Support Analyst role is ltmporary-to-full-time in nature and is located in the Beebe, AR, area.Major responsibilitieshardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions
Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
RequirementsKnowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong familiarity with Network+
Comptia A+ experience
Experience with HIPAA compliance patient privacy rules
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
Adeptness in Remote Desktop Support
Networking experience required
Desktop support or related experience
